The Restaurant Corvatsch was founded more than 30 years ago by Giovanni Bonetti and his wife Aldina. After many years of building a tremendous reputation as one of St. Moritz's best restaurants, Mr. Bonetti decided that he wanted to build a hotel predicated on the same philosophy of intimacy, elegant simplicity and unparalleled quality. So, in 1985, with the help of his daughters, it was built.

Now, the Hotel and Restaurant Corvatsch forms a mini-complex in the heart of St. Moritz-Bad where happy visitors from all over the world can enjoy fabulous service, world class cuisine, and adequate comfort in a tranquil setting unlike any other in the chic hustle and bustle of the most famous resort in the world. Today, the Hotel Restaurant Corvatsch is run by Daniela Aerni-Bonetti and her Team with pride and care.
